U.S. Congressman Glenn 'GT' Thompson received notification that he has received a "Friend of the Farm Bureau" award due to his support and voting record regarding issues selected by the American Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors.
Local constituent and Farm Bureau member John Painter of Tioga County, will be presenting the award to Thompson.
Thompson is a member of the House Agriculture Committee.
